Breakfast was edible, but certainly nothing to plan a meal around. However, if the worst thing I can say is the FREE breakfast wasnt amazing the stay was AMAZING. Let's start with location Location: Close to everything, including Metro. Late night crap fast food is close by for those late night boozing. Despite being right downtown it is remarkably quiet in the room even with window open all night Hotel: A bit dated but very pleasant. One elevator that moves slowly, but who cares. Small corridors make it easy to find your room, but you can also hear your neighbor close their door. All staff we encountered spoke flawless English and of course Czech. Room: This was the most amazing aspect of it -- and easily the most important. Walking in it was stunning. Beautifully taken care of and cleaned. You could see the attention to detail down to every aspect. I asked for AND GOT the balcony with bathtub. YES YES YES. Balcony had two chairs and two more chairs were just inside as well. The bathtub is amazing. We both fit comfortably (1.81m 90kg and 1.62m 56kg). The bathtub is tricky and theres a button to make it go hotter. Minibar available but pretty pricey considering Billa is nearby. Well worth the price for the location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Despite its location just off the bottom of Wenceslas Square, I found this hotel to be very quiet, which may have been because my room was upstairs at the back. I even slept with the door to the balcony open. Reception staff, day and night, were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed ice to take to a friend's apartment and they tried really hard to help, for example. My double room was extremely spacious with large bathroom and separate toilet, very comfortable and clean. The hotel and room have a slightly regal early 1900s charm. A very good breakfast buffet is served in the large white but strangely claustrophobic basement level. It is also very close to the metro line that takes you to the tram to the airport, as well as to two supermarkets, and 6 min walk to the clocktower square - so incredibly well positioned if you want to stay in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended.

The location was awesome. The metro was right next door. the Astronomical clock was 10 min walk in one direction and Wenceslas Square was 5 mins the other way ( and I am not a fast walker). the area round the hotel has many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was typically European with a full spread of eggs (scrambled and boiled), bacon, sausages, cold cuts of meats, granola, Oatmeal, fruit, beads, juices etc. excellent value for money - no bad coffee or cold Danish pastry which is what American Hotels call "breakfast" haha! The room was more like a suite with a view of Prague Castle with a bedroom, separate sitting area and bathroom that was almost as large as the bedroom!! We were on a mother/daughter trip and felt very safe at the hotel and in Prague. Entrance to the hotel was always manned and staff were exceptionally polite.

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of numerous historical sights. Also, the entrance to the Mustek metro station is right next to the hotel, which facilitates transportation (especially from the airport to the hotel). The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our room also had a great terrace. Breakfast is varied. The staff is very friendly and responds to all requests and questions. My high recommendation!

Unbelievably amazing. Breakfast buffet was good in terms of quality and the timing that they serve, location was impeccable, sound proofing was good too, bed was good, all for a very good price! Would be better if the bathroom has rainshower instead of a shower head that we have to hold on while bathing, and also Slippers to be used in the room. But heck, I'll still come again even if they don't provide all these!
